Built for intermediate swimmers to begin work on competitive strokes. The Intermediate class focuses on development and technique of the Freestyle stroke.

• Graduate from Beginner class 

• Swim 80 ft Freestyle with bilateral breathing
• Swim 80 ft with elementary backstroke
• Getting side breaths

Built for advanced swimmers to build on competitive strokes. The Advanced class focuses on development and technique of the Breastroke.

6 - 17 yrs

• Graduate from Intermediate class

• Swim 160 ft Freestyle with bilateral breathing
• Swim 80 ft with breastroke
• Swim 80 ft with competitive backstroke
• Swim 80 ft with butterfly 

Built for advanced swimmers to work on speed and endurance using the four competitive strokes: Freestyle, Competitive Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly.

6 - 17 yrs

• Graduate from Advanced class

• Swim 2600 ft Freestyle
• Swim 1300 ft Individual Medley without any disqualifying techniques
